Vanessa Ferlito is an American actress known particularly for the crime television series CSI: NY, Graceland and NCIS: New Orleans. She has also appeared in numerous American feature films.
She was born in Brooklyn into an Italian-American family. She was raised by her mother and stepfather, who owned a hair salon in Brooklyn. Early in her career, she worked as a model for Wilhelmina Models.
She gained her first prominent role in the film Undefeated, for which she received an NAACP Award nomination. She played Detective Aiden Burn in CSI: NY, later agent Charlie DeMarco in Graceland and Tammy Gregorio in NCIS: New Orleans.
Her filmography includes Spider-Man 2, Death Proof, Julie & Julia, Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps and Stand Up Guys. She has also appeared on television in The Sopranos, 24 and Law & Order.
