Its aim is to draw attention to the idea that the protection of dignity and fundamental rights should not be limited to humans alone.Animal Rights Day highlights areas in which animals are often subjected to suffering, such as intensive farming, animal experiments, the use of animals for entertainment and the trade in wild species.It also supports the search for more ethical solutions that respect animals' lives, including the development of alternatives to animal testing, the protection of natural habitats and more sustainable ways of eating.For the vegan movement, the day serves as a reminder that changing the relationship between humans and animals is not only a matter of diet, but also of responsibility, compassion and respect for other living beings
