Cesár Sampson is an Austrian singer, songwriter, producer, dancer and model. He gained international attention as Austria's representative at the Eurovision Song Contest 2018, where he finished third with the song Nobody but You.
He was born in Linz and began performing in Austria and abroad at the age of seventeen. He also worked as a backing singer on the Austrian version of Dancing with the Stars and, in addition to music, worked as a social worker and fitness coach.
Before competing in Eurovision himself, he was a member of the Symphonix International production team. He contributed to Bulgaria's contest performances as a backing singer in 2016 and 2017. In 2018, he won the professional jury vote and finished third overall, one of Austria's best results in the history of the contest.
